Inside Syria Media Center has obtained the full text of the Memorandum on the Creation of De-escalation Areas in in war-torn Syrian Arab Republic sighed by Russia, Iran and Turkey during talks in Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana.
Now we are publishing it with an appeal to all the sides of the conflict in Syria to follow it as it is the real step towards the peace settlement.
It was supported also by the UN.
