RIOTS AND U.S. EMBASSY MOVE

As the U.S. embassy was being inaugurated on Monday, Hamas was throwing a protest party.

Two Hamas cells penetrated the Gaza fence and managed to fire on IDF forces.

More than 2,700 Palestinian demonstrators were injured on Monday — at least 1,350 by gunfire – in what was dubbed by Hamas as the ‘March of Return’.

Even as Palestinians’ anger erupted, American and Israeli officials celebrated President Trump’s move of the embassy to Jerusalem. The formality and celebration over the moving of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem created an almost surreal contrast to the violence raging barely 40 miles away.

A massive number of Palestinians attempted to cross the Gaza border fence. Hamas had announced earlier that 100,000 Palestinians would participate in the protest. The number of participating Palestinians is not known, however, Monday became the bloodiest day since the campaign of demonstrations began seven weeks ago to protest Israel’s economic blockade of Gaza and the U.S. moving its Embassy to Jerusalem. Despite the fierceness of the clashes, the IDF spokesperson, Manelis, said Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, appeared to have failed to bring out protesters in sufficient numbers to be considered a political victory.

By late in the evening, 60 Palestinians had been killed.

The Israeli military said that some in the crowds were planting or hurling explosives, and that many were flying flaming kites into Israel. At least one was emblazoned with a swastika setting on fire Israeli warehouses and fields. One kite outside the Nahal Oz kibbutz, near Gaza City, ignited a wildfire.

A spokesman for the IDF, Lt. Colonel Jonathan Conricus, cast doubt on the casualty numbers from the Hamas-controlled Health Ministry. He said a large number of those listed as injured had suffered only tear-gas inhalation.

The charge was often led by women dressed in black, waving Palestinian flags and urging others to follow. Near Gaza City, a voice on a loudspeaker urged the crowd forward: “Get closer! Get closer!”

The atmosphere grew more charged after the Muslim midday prayers, when more than 1,000 men gathered under a large blue awning and began addressing the worshipers, urging them into the fray and claiming — falsely, to all appearances — that the fence had been breached and that Palestinians were flooding into Israel.

You may recall that during the Israel-Egypt war, Egyptian President Nasser, tricked King Hussein of Jordan into believing the Egyptians were winning the war when the truth was that their side of the war was lost on the first day. Nasser kept up the charade, making the Islamic world believe Egypt was trouncing Israel for the next few days.

This is the same trick the Gazans used to spur the Palestinians in their rioting on Monday.

Several speakers at the Hamas prayer gathering reserved their harshest words for the United States and its decision to move the embassy to Jerusalem. “America is the greatest Satan,” one cleric said, holding his index finger in the air as hundreds of people did the same. “Now we are heading to Jerusalem with millions of martyrs. We may die but Palestine will live.” The crowd repeated the chant and moved forward to fight at the border.

Israel says it thwarted Hamas infiltrators, struck back with warplanes.

Israel’s use of force on Monday included not only infantry with rifles, but also fighter jets and a tank, as it repulsed what it said were unsuccessful attempts by Hamas to have armed fighters slip across the Gaza border.

At least three separate squads of armed Hamas fighters “tried to use the commotion and smoke and dynamics of the riots as concealment, and then launched an attack on the fence,” said Colonel Conricus, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces.

The attempts to breach the fence expanded from five locations in previous protests to 13 on Monday, Colonel Conricus said, calling it an “unprecedented level of violence.”

Hamas officials promised that the protests would continue. Khalil al-Hayya, deputy chief of Hamas in Gaza, said at a news conference that the purpose of Monday’s demonstrations was to “powerfully confront the embassy deal” and to “draw the map of return in blood.”

Clashes were also reported in Bethlehem, Jericho, Hebron and Nablus. But one usual site of conflict was relatively quiet: the checkpoint near Beit El. A possible reason: Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian Authority president, returned on Monday from a trip overseas, and security officials ensured that his path home to Ramallah was clear.

Zechariah 12 speaks of these two areas – Gaza and the West Bank – as the “right” and “left” sides of Israel that the Jews will eventually rise up and literally massacre the inhabitants. Verse 6 says: “they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place”, meaning the Jews will inhabit all of Jerusalem.

The Israeli military also fired tear gas canisters to repel crowds. Shifting winds and gas masks worn by some protesters can render the gas ineffective, however, and Palestinians have become adept at flinging the canisters back or quickly burying them.

Israel has used rubber bullets as a deterrent, but military officials say they are effective only at short range. Israel says its soldiers are allowed to use live ammunition as a last resort and are instructed to aim at people’s ankles or legs.

The demonstrations were originally meant to protest the economic blockade of Gaza by Israel. Egypt and the Palestinian Authority, based in the West Bank, have joined in the economic squeeze that has left Gazans increasingly desperate.

The timing is no accident — May 15 is observed by Palestinians as the anniversary of what they call the nakba, or catastrophe. It marks the expulsion or flight from the newly formed Jewish state of hundreds of thousands of Arabs in 1948, who have been unable to return or reclaim property they left behind.

The demonstrations at the Gaza fence have taken place primarily on Fridays since March 30, and before Monday had already left dozens of people dead and thousands injured. In those protests, demonstrators have thrown gasoline bombs or rolled burning tires toward Israeli soldiers, and Israeli security forces have said that some of the Palestinians who were killed had been armed with semiautomatic rifles.

Israel has reportedly warned Hamas that it will resume assassinations of the terror group’s leaders if Hamas continues to organize clashes on the Gaza border. The terror group, meanwhile, vowed revenge after Monday’s deadly riots and the IDF was expecting protests to continue on Tuesday and potentially for several additional days.

However, on Tuesday, Hamas backed down saying they will stop protesting if Israel will stop bombing. Instead, 1300 protestors occupied the IDF’s attention in the West Bank on Tuesday.

REACTION

A U.N. human rights official on Tuesday called for an independent probe of more than 100 deaths and thousands of injuries since March 30. A draft statement circulated Monday would have expressed the Security Council’s “outrage and sorrow at the killing of Palestinian civilians exercising their right to peaceful protest,” and called for a “transparent” investigation.

I ask you: Was the description of the Hamas protest a peaceful demonstration? Should these protests, that began on March 30 and have continued every week since, be considered peaceful or is the UN Human Rights Council anti-Semitic, Jew haters and possibly even insane? Would the members of this council like to have Hamas come to visit their cities?

Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations on Tuesday accused Iran of helping foment the violent and deadly clashes along the border with Gaza.

“We do have indications of Iranian funding into Hamas,” said Danny Danon, talking to reporters before a Security Council meeting to discuss clashes along the Israeli-Gaza border.

Recall that last week I pointed out that Gaza and West Bank Palestinians will be used by Iran in its coming attack on Israel.

“We know the riots are well organized, well-funded and well-orchestrated by Hamas,” he added. “Iran is supporting the riots in Gaza.”

Danon said he would ask the body to condemn Hamas rather than Israel.

Mansour al-Otaibi, the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United Nations, said he would circulate another draft resolution on Wednesday calling for the United Nations to provide protection for civilians in Gaza.

PLACING THE BLAME

Washington and Jerusalem have blamed the violence squarely on Hamas. The White House has refrained from calling for Israel to exercise restraint, and characterized using live ammunition on the protesters an act of self-defense. But the actions of Israeli troops, and the U.S. refusal to even express regret for the loss of life, has left both countries isolated amid growing condemnations that Israel used excessive force against the protesters, many of whom were unarmed.

Another trick of the Palestinians in the West Bank and in Gaza is to send unarmed women and children into the fray. There is a report of a baby that was killed in the protest on Monday. The Palestinians use unarmed militants to increase their numbers at protests knowing that they are putting those people in harm’s way and the unarmed protestors take this danger on themselves because of their belief that 1) Israel needs to be destroyed and 2) that destroying Israel will bring them great rewards in heaven. The claim that any of the Palestinians were unarmed is only designed to engender hatred against Israel as it fights to protects Israeli citizens.

The U.S. Embassy move is another step in the coming wars over Jerusalem – the King of the North attack (which will involve Gog) and even Armageddon when the Shi’ite Caliphate King comes back from his global conquests to reassert his authority over Jerusalem at the end of the Great Tribulation.

For Israelis, the relocation of the embassy was simply acknowledging that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital. But Palestinians, who hope to see the eastern part of Jerusalem become the capital of a Palestinian state, see the move as an abdication of American impartiality in determining the region’s future through peace talks.

The shift of the United States Embassy to Jerusalem reflects the close alliance between Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu, which Palestinian leaders say also has worsened prospects for peace.

In a recorded video message played to some 800 people gathered at the new embassy, Mr. Trump said the United States “remains fully committed to facilitating a lasting peace agreement.”

In a speech at the ceremony, Jared Kushner, Mr. Trump’s son-in-law, also spoke of a resolution to generations of conflict.

Mr. Netanyahu called on the world to ‘Remember this moment! This is history! President Trump, by recognizing history, you have made history’, he said.

Turkey declared a three-day national mourning period over the killings and recalled its ambassadors from Israel and the United States for consultations and expelled Israeli Ambassador to Ankara Eitan Naeh from Turkey in reaction to the Israelis defending themselves against Hamas.

Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri called on Muslims to carry out a jihad against the US in response to America’s move of its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

MORE PROPHECY FULFILLED

Here is the fulfilment of part of end times prophecy. https://www.timesofisrael.com/marines-said-sent-to-us-legations-in-mideast-ahead-of-jerusalem-embassy-opening/

The US dispatched Marines – U.S. ground troops – to bolster security at US diplomatic facilities around the Middle East two days ahead of the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. In fact, Marines are now stationed at the U.S. Embassy in its new location in Jerusalem, along with locations in Turkey, Jordan and other countries!

Ezekiel 38:7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.

If you have been listening to this report, even for a short time, you know that I have said and have brought forth reasonable evidence that this verse means that Gog will guard Israel, not the Persians and its coalition that comes to attack Israel. It was in the Spring of 2016 when I began to see this. Within two months of my saying the Gog – the United States of America – would be a guard to Israel, the United States announced the opening of a new U.S. military base in Israel’s Negev desert.

I’ve also explained why I believe the United States will be the fulfillment of both Gog and end times Babylon in the end of days. Please look for my articles on this under The Jerusalem Report. There are several articles on this matter.

So, now the U.S. has a military base on Israeli soil and it has deployed marines to Jerusalem, an event I also said would happen.

The deployment of Marines, the Israeli TV report said, came because of fears of disturbances related to the opening of the embassy. For weeks, thousands of Gazans have been protesting at the border with Israel, encouraged by Hamas.

How long will it be before the U.S. helps Israel engage Iran-backed Hamas at the border of the Gaza Strip? How long before the U.S. becomes personally involved in quelling Iran-backed Hamas? Do you think this might provoke Iran even more than it is provoked right now, as Daniel 11:40 says – that the King of the South will “push at him”?

US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman on Friday gave a first glimpse of the new US embassy in Jerusalem, showing off workers erecting the official seal on the building and preparing for the opening ceremony.

Friedman made an astonishing announcement that plays right into the ‘United States as Gog’ idea. He said last Friday morning that relocating the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem advances America’s interests and was not part of any “give and take” with Israel.

In other words, the U.S. – Gog – is setting itself up to become the occupier of Jerusalem through diplomacy, peace treaties and troops on the ground. Yes, still today, Reuben wants his birthright back and Gog, his descendant, is gonna try to get it!

Gog, going after Gog’s own interests is what the Gog war is all about. This war is not Gog actually attacking Israel as has been interpreted in Jewish and Christian theology over the last 2 or 3 millennia. I believe the Gog war is Gog causing the King of the North to attack Israel. This is because Gog, the descendants of Reuben (1 Chronicles 5:4), backs the King of the South and gets Israel to be the front line of defense for Saudi Arabia who is the King of the South. It is Gog, America, President Trump, who puts Israel in harm’s way.

To get at America and destroy the King of the South coalition of Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Ethiopia, the King of the North – Iran – will sweep through all these countries to conquer them for Shi’ite Islam.

Friedman’s statement was that “it was in America’s interest to open the embassy”. “The Israelis were obviously desirous of this and they requested this — they’re very happy [about] it — but the decision was made because it seemed to be in the best interests of the United States [and] it was something the president promised during the campaign. There was no give and take with Israel in regards to this decision.”

Well, it is always a mixed bag when the enemy agrees with me. Ali Akbar Velayati, a top foreign policy adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei, threatened Israel on Tuesday with exactly what I have just described to you.

Velayati declared that the relocation of the U.S. embassy to only Jerusalem speeds up the “annihilation of the Zionist regime”, according to the Tehran Times.

“Relocation of the U.S. embassy to one of the most sacred religious places of the Muslims will speed up the process of the Zionist regime’s collapse,” he said in a post on Instagram.

Velayati further said that the U.S. move was made to recognize the Zionist regime’s “illegal” status, but it revealed more the “cruel” image of the Zionists.

“Return to homeland which has been occupied by a tyrant and child-killer regime is a rightful demand which will be met soon. The Palestinians have always resisted and will resist criminal acts of Israel which is being backed by the U.S. and certain reactionary allies in the region,” he said, according to the Tehran Times.

Velayati obviously knows that Saudi Arabia, the King of the South, is the “reactionary ally” of the U.S. who is backing them and making moves in the northern Middle East and inside Israel on their behalf.

Velayati then claimed that Jerusalem has belonged and will always belong to Muslims. This is Esau speaking 4,000 years after he lived. His descendants live on in Iran!

It appears that Iran is now thoroughly provoked. How much longer will the King of the North hold off his massive invasion? Will he continue to simply threaten Israel with words and rockets or is an enormous military invasion with all of Iran’s, Syria’s and Hezbollah’s fire power and ground militias in the offing? Well, it is coming. The question is when and how long will it take?

Because of traveling to Shavuot in Jerusalem, this week’s report is somewhat shorter than usual. Chag sameach!
