Dead birds, dead fish turn up all over the world
Dozens dead in Sweden, hundreds washed ashore in New Zealand. Is the world witnessing the end of days or is this just a case of coincidence fueled by wild speculation? The story is international. Sweden reported dozens of birds falling out of the sky and New Zealand reported hundreds of dead snapper washing ashore. The Chesapeake Bay has 2 million fish estimated dead.

  Officials from Health Canada are scrambling to deal with the sudden death of 10's of thousands of wild birds somewhere in the province. Officials dodged local reporters who were removed from outside the Level-4 Canada Science center. Local reports have circulated that an extremely virulent strain of bird flu has infected both wild and farm birds. At the same time an extremely aggressive winter flu has hit Canada sometime in December and mortality rates are expected to rise alarmingly in vulnerable populations.

Canadian river mysteriously turns bright green
Horrified nature-lovers at Goldstream Provincial Park watched as the Goldstream River turned bright green late Wednesday afternoon. The fluorescent green colouring appeared to start about 500 metres on the Victoria side of the entrance to the park and, over the course of an hour, the substance flowed down into the environmentally sensitive estuary. By 5:30 p.m. the river, known for its dramatic salmon runs, eagles and other wildlife, was back to its normal colour.

Obama backs off from Israeli-Palestinian file
Obama is backing off personally on the Israeli-Palestinian talks and left it at the aid of George Mitchell and Dennis Ross, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) has reported. Obama is frustrated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on refusal of his positions on issues such as the border of Jerusalem and refugees, according to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper. Obama's chief advisor on the Middle East, Dennis Ross will arrive in Israel to hold talks with senior Israeli officials on security, newspaper added. Ross and US Middle east special Envoy George Mitchell are in a dilemma on the path of progress of negotiations, it noted. [Poor baby...It's good that he has that nice New World Order guy, DENNIS ROSS, to protect him from such frustrations. After all, he is used to getting his own way all the time.
